      GK partners with global jewelry designers and manufacturers in order to offer you the best deals in quality jewelry. This means that:

      - Your order is shipped from our global suppliers who may be based in China, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, or the Philippines.

      - It may take your item on average 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, although sometimes less than 3 weeks at the earliest or 5 weeks at the latest. If your order does not show up within 2 weeks, please do not panic. We can assure you that your package is on its way. :)

      - Since we use economical shipping methods that are not as fast, this helps us pass on the cost savings to you.

      - Since we ship our products directly from international warehouses, we are also able to cut down on our overhead expenses and are therefore able to pass on more of our cost savings to you.

      Due to the above reasons, we can offer our products at deeply discounted prices for all our customers to enjoy … which makes them happy.

      4. Why does it take 3 to 4 weeks for my order to arrive?

        On average, it may take your item 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, although sometimes less than 3 weeks. as mentioned previously, if your order does not show up within 2 weeks, please do not panic. Your package is on its way. :)

        As we have explained above, our products ship directly from international warehouses, hence it usually takes 3 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. To compensate you for being patient with the delivery of your order, we are offering you free shipping for non-promo items that you purchase(d).

        As also mentioned above, we use economical shipping methods that are not as fast as expedited postal delivery services, Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc., thereby allowing us to pass on the cost savings to you.

        Sometimes, shipment may also be delayed due to a huge demand in orders for certain items.

        5. Should I expect delays in order delivery during major holidays?

          Just like other major online retailers, we advise our customers to be extra patient and expect longer order deliveries during major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other major shopping holidays.

          Again, we promise to do our best to get your orders delivered to you as soon as we possibly can.

          6. It has been more than 6 weeks and I have not received my order yet. What should I do?

            7. Why is it that I did not receive any order confirmation details?

              In most cases, a misspelled email address was provided to us during the order process. As soon as your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping notice.

              If by any chance you did not receive any follow-up email from us, please do contact us so that we can look into the issue.

              Please also check your email spam folder as some new email may have been flagged by your email provider.

              8. Can I have a tracking number for my shipment?

                Unfortunately, our global suppliers do not provide any tracking numbers for the shipment. However, we do offer 100% satisfaction guarantee so in case you have any issues with your order, we will be more than glad to help you.

                9. Do you offer any FREE shipping on your items?

                  Yes we do. In fact, we have FREE sitewide shipping. "FREE Shipping" is also indicated on the product pages just so you are aware of this offer.

                  10. How much do you charge for shipping?

                    Currently, we have FREE sitewide shipping. This includes everything on our store EXCEPT the items in our Special Promos.

                    11. Do you ship to my country?

                      We are based in the United States so naturally we ship within the U.S. and its territories. We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

                      We might do worldwide shipping in the near future.

                      12. I ordered more than 2 items but only received one. What happened to the rest of my orders?

                        Our merchandise are not stocked in-house and come from multiple suppliers or warehouses. When you order multiple items at a time, the items may be shipped separately from the various locations. Hence, some items may arrive faster than the others.

                        So again, please do not panic when you do not receive all your items at the same time. We can assure you that they are on their way. :)

                        13. Are the “FREE” items in some of your promos really free?

                          Yes, they are. The price of the item is $0.00. Just help us get the item delivered to you. Just pay the shipping cost.

                          14. What is your refund and return policy?

                            We have a 60-Day Refund policy. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will give you a full refund.

                            In the event that you have not received your order within 4 to 5 weeks (which may be due to the package being lost in the mail), please contact us. We can issue you a refund or resend your order.

                            Refunds & returns will not be processed after 60 days. Thank you for your understanding.
